This central city townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a VERY large kitchen. Dining and lounge room are on the bottom floor with all bedrooms on the first or 2 second floor. It's a 3 storey building.

Please note there is NO dedicated parking, there paid options directly across the road.

This truly is the prefect home if you want to be in the heart of Christchurch as everything is within a 5 minute walk. Some of the best food and cafes are only a few steps away.
Little High Eatery is across the road, The Salt District is across the road, bar restaurants you name it, it's right there.
