Located on large, private lot walking distance to the Mississippi, riverfront park, downtown Marquette and Casino Queen. There is one bedroom with a new king-size bed, closet and antique dresser. A renovated full bathroom has a tub-shower, fluffy towels, vanity and hair dryer. The second main floor sleeping area with two twin beds is connected to the open living area. The open living room has a full size sofa, armchairs and smart TV for use with your steaming accounts. The cottage has 5G wifi throughout, central air conditioning and heat, and comes fully furnished with washer-dryer, bedding and towels. Full kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, teapot, pots & pans, dishes, cooking utensils, salt/pepper, olive oil and vacuum cleaner. Hand soap, dish soap and bath soap are provided. Washer, dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board are available in the basement. Other amenities include multi-port USB charging cubes, books and games. The cottage does not have a landline telephone. Our large lot is very private, with a dining set on the pleasant fenced-in patio, lounge chairs, additional picnic table, new charcoal grill with tools (charcoal not provided), two large side yards, and a basketball hoop on the main driveway (basketball provided). Ample room for parking a boat or RV in driveway.
