L`ingresso è in cucina abitabile da cui si passa a 1 camera quadrupla e 2 bagni doccia. Dall`esterno si accede a 1 camera matrimoniale con bagno doccia en suite.

Il trilocale al piano seminterrato è una delle due case vacanze che formano Villetta Ondamar alla periferia di Otranto, in una zona residenziale con altre villette, nella quiete e nella tranquillità.
La posizione consente di raggiungere in appena 900 metri il lungomare di Otranto, il Castello, il centro storico e tutte le bellezze della storica Città dei Martiri.
Tutti i principali servizi sono raggiungibili anche a piedi.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Garden shared with another apartment.
