The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house has lots of different spaces, decks, the pool and big living area. There 10 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool was a great size for our young grandchildren. Being able to have our dog with us was a bonus. The house is tucked way in Murrells Inlet neighborhood. It was very quite yet still a short drive to anything you would need. We are planning on returning next year.

I've reach out multiple times as I did not want to leave a poor review but have no heard back. When we arrived the house was filthy. The pool was half empty with beer cans and bottle caps. We were greeted with a pair of old shoes. The garbage disposal wasn't working so my dad pulled out a chicken bone, a TOOTH and other debris. We went to boil some corn one night and were surprised when we went to use a pot from beneath the cabinet and found OLD food molding and chicken bones inside the pot!!! We spent most of our trip cleaning and preventing my infant from touching things. Our bedsheets did not smell clean and we also found nail clippings on the couch...I was saddened with this experience as the house itself is great and the location.

The house was clean and the location is walking distance to Neal's Creek House which is our new favorite spot!
