Kitchenette: Bar seating for 8, equipped with a stove, sink, and mini fridge.
Bunk Room: Two queen-sized triple bunks, accommodating up to 12 guests.
Bathrooms: A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a full-size washer and dryer.
Accessibility: Both bedrooms on this level have their own full bathrooms.
Second Floor: Spacious Living and Dining
Living Area: Soaring cathedral ceiling, serene coastal colors, and breathtaking Gulf views through expansive windows.
Dining Area: 6-seat dining table perfect for family meals or game nights.

On-Site Parking: Up to 2-4 vehicles, depending on size. Off-site parking options provided if needed.
