Modern, newly updated home with new furnishings and open layout allowing for enjoyment of the cool waterfront breezes. 1.5 mile/5 minute to Fisherman’s Village restaurants, bars, ice cream, treats, boat rental, cruises, shopping, etc. 13 minutes from PG airport. Boat dock with very close Harbor access within 10 minutes leading to islands of Sanibel, Captiva, Boca Grande and Cayo Costa.
•Enter spacious home with a view of the North facing, full sun exposure, large heated pool and waterfront.
•Large living/gathering areas with fully opening sliding glass doors that allow for a full view of the outdoors. 70” monster size ceiling fans with LED lighting and remotes. Huge 85” Smart TV.
•Front room has a full size pool table that converts to air hockey and ping pong.
•Separate master bedroom has luxury KING mattress with walk out to pool and view of waterfront. Attached dual large walk in closets and bathroom with two separate vanities, lighted mirrors, walk in shower and spa tub. Nightstands with UBS phone plugs; ceiling fan with remote. 65” Smart TV.

•4 Adirondack chairs for relaxing at pool or dock.
•Sun deck outside of lanai with 2 deluxe cushioned lounge chairs
•Large outdoor Weber gas grill with light; propane refill is responsibility of guests.
•5 trail bikes and helmets.
•2 - two person kayaks with safety vests
•3 fishing rods plus tackle for use behind home.
•Cooler with wheels for the beach; 2 beach chairs.
•2 sets of Pickleball rackets and balls.
•Punta Gorda Nature Park is 1/2 mile walk. •Beaches include Manasota Key, Boca Grande, Englewood, Venice and others within 35 to 45 minutes.
