About this house rental

You are surrounded by the Ozark National forest and The Gene Rush WMA (Arkansas State land). There are Bears, coyotes, Elk, deer, raccoons, and other small animals and many types of migrating birds.
House is approximately 80 mins from Branson Missouri, Top of the Rock and Dogwood Canyon Nature park.
Many Flea markets and antique stores.
Old fashion drive in theater in Marshall, Kenda Drive In.
Onyx, Blanchard Springs, Cosmic, Bull shoals and Mystic Caverns

Activities - Kayaking/Floating/Fishing
1. Buffalo River ( 6 miles from Carver landing).
2. Illinois Bayou
3. Mulberry River
4 Big Piney River
5. Crooked Creek
6. White River

JEEP/ATV/UTV/Motorcycle/
1. Leave straight from house to Ozark National forest and Gene Rush WMA. forest roads. (Forest road speed limit 25 and must have spark arrestor). No other restrictions apply.
2. You can ride straight from the house or head out to 3 ATV systems inside Ozark National forest, Moccasin Gap closest to house (hwy7 North of Dover, Mill Creek (Northwest of Cass AR), and Brock Creek (East of Hector AR). All can be rode to from the house.
3. Jeeps and motorcycles, go any direction scenery is awesome.

Hikes/Repel or rock climbing - most of these hikes are very short.
1. Sam's Throne Climbers area but has great walking trail and views.
2. Kings Bluff and Pedestal Rocks.
3. Alum Cove Natural Bridge.
4. Stack Rock recreation area.
5. Haw Creek falls and Pam's Grotto.

There are many waterfalls and swimming areas that can be accessed by vehicle truck, jeep, suv. (not low clearance vehicles).

Hunting state and federal land for Turkey, Deer and Bear. Gene Rush WMA is North and Eastern side of where the house is located and Ozark National forest is 1 mile south.

If you have more than 6 people that want to join and they have campers. On a separate listing you can add them. There is a camper spot long enough to fit 2 40ft campers with full hookups. Directly if front the house.
