The main floor connects seamlessly to a back patio, dining area, TV room with a leather sectional and big-screen TV, and a front living room with a leather couch and games/puzzling table. Additional amenities include a mudroom with storage and washer/dryer.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, walk-in closet, and futon. Three other bedrooms share a second full bathroom, accommodating various sleeping arrangements with queen beds, large closets, and a kid's room equipped with bunk beds and a TV.
Outside, enjoy over an acre of outdoor living space with mountain views from the front porch, a firepit, and a secluded back patio for grilling and stargazing. An oversized attached 2-car garage provides secure parking for cars and mountain bikes, complemented by extra parking in the 25-yard driveway.
