Be greeted by a vast open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area where you will see the beauty of this conversion with just one glance. Featuring high ceilings with exposed beams to highlight the barns original architecture while contrasting with sleek, polished concrete floors.
The dining area, featuring a 6-seater dining set, is the perfect place to enjoy a meal.
The well-appointed kitchen boasts all the essentials for your culinary adventures. With modern appliances and ample counter space, perfect for preparing delicious meals.
Stepping into a central seating area where you can cosy up by the central modern wood fire, relaxation is most certainly on the cards. If a wood fire isn't for you, floor heating throughout will keep you warm and cosy.

Named after early colonial explorer and Surveyor-General George Evans, the town is famous for its late-Georgian and early Victorian buildings with relatively untouched streetscape. It also hosts a popular Sunday market and is the annual World Penny Farthing Championships, along with the Glover Prize, named after the father of Australian landscape painting, John Glover.

The town is additionally only a short drive away from the Launceston airport, conveniently ensuring that you can access your flights with ease, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the Launceston City.
