Elevate your experience with the Sonos surround sound system in the living room or for musical enjoyment on the front deck. This home boasts a whole-house dehumidifier, ensuring a refreshingly dry ambiance and crisp linens, even amid the Texas summer.

Enjoy cooking with our stainless steel Thermador appliances and All-Clad cookware in the kitchen. The dining room comfortably seats eight and is complemented by a kitchen bar that accommodates an additional six. For outdoor gatherings, an elegantly arranged dining table offers space for eight, while a cozy outdoor sofa and chairs welcome an extra five guests, together creating a versatile ensemble designed to host friends and family in comfort and style.

A half bath ensures privacy for en suite bathrooms facilitating easy entertaining.

Upstairs, the Blue Main King Suite and the Queen Wildflower Suite await, each boasting private decks, en suite bathrooms, and their own smart TVs, blending luxury with personal entertainment options. On the ground level, the Texas King Suite unfolds like a seaside dream, complete with an en suite bathroom and smart TV, all just a whisper away from the bunk room. Just outside our front door, two inviting community gathering areas await, including one adorned with a swing that offers a picturesque view over the dunes, creating a perfect blend of relaxation and scenic beauty.

This home has a high chair, pack and play, and a baby gate for the top of the stairs that are provided upon request.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
