A private wooded acre on a quiet street in the exclusive Northwest area of East Hampton, a few minutes to the village and ocean beaches, is the setting for this spectacular sun-flooded home! Meticulously renovated from top to bottom and furnished with style and comfort to provide you with a luxurious Hamptons experience.
The home features a spectacular living room with soaring 20 foot ceilings and huge picture windows, open to the adjacent dining room, kitchen and large deck overlooking the flowing lawn and oversized pool. The sleek modern kitchen with European designer appliances is magazine worthy and features everything you'll need for your stay, with such amenities as an oversized range with pot filler, a wine fridge and built-in microwave.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own en suite bath for privacy, plus there is a convenient powder room. An oversized guest room is on the main level, and upstairs you will find a comfortable guest room and a fabulous primary suite, with a balcony overlooking the yard and pool and a jaw-dropping marble bathroom with double sinks, a freestanding spa tub with whirlpool and a luxurious shower. The finished basement is the perfect spot for chill-axing with video games or to work-from-home out of the fray.
Outside, the large deck with lounge area, dining area and BBQ is wrapped in gorgeous steel cable rails to maximize views of the lush backyard. The pool is surrounded by a bluestone patio to lounge poolside under the sun, and there is an adjacent firepit to relax under the stars.
Of course, there is central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi and an irrigation system. Just bring your swimsuit and your toothbrush! Linens, towels and sundries are provided.
You may never want to leave the property, but if you do venture out, you will find the ocean, bay, East Hampton Village, Long House botanical gardens, farm stands and other attractions all less than five miles away, providing easy access to some of the world's best restaurants, shopping and beaches. A little farther drive will take you to lovely vineyards (Channing Daughters or Wolfers), the lively villages of Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor and Amagansett or funky Montauk and so much more.
