Perched on Appalachian Ski Mountain between Boone and Blowing Rock, Briarcliff Mountain View Lodge offers the perfect blend of mountain charm and modern amenities. With a total of 9 beds spread across three levels, this spacious house is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a High Country getaway.
The lower level features a well-equipped kitchen, a game room with a pool table, and two cozy bedrooms, including a Queen bedroom and a room with two Twin singles and a Twin/Full bunk bed set. Moving up to the main level, you'll find a bright and airy family room with vaulted ceilings, a remote-controlled gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. The main kitchen boasts granite counters and stainless steel appliances, while the dining table can accommodate 8-10 guests.
On the top floor, a loft area overlooks the family room and offers additional sleeping space with a Queen bed and a third bedroom with a Queen bed and a loft with a Twin bed. Outside, guests can enjoy multiple decks with mountain views, a hot tub, a firepit for roasting s'mores, and a swing overlooking the scenic surroundings.
Conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the entrance of Appalachian Ski Mountain and within easy reach of Boone, Blowing Rock, and Tweetsie Railroad, Briarcliff Mountain View Lodge is the perfect home base for exploring the High Country. Whether you're hitting the slopes in winter, hiking the nearby trails in summer, or simply relaxing with loved ones in the comfort of this well-appointed home, you're sure to make unforgettable memories during your stay.
With a mix of indoor entertainment options like a pool table room and two kitchens, as well as outdoor amenities including a hot tub, firepit, and multiple decks, this dog-friendly retreat has something for everyone. Whether you're seeking adventure on the slopes, exploring the charming streets of Downtown Blowing Rock, or simply unwinding in the peaceful mountain setting, Briarcliff Mountain View Lodge offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your next mountain escape.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
