For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- A private, unheated swimming pool (4mx8m) open all year round (opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions).
- A lovely 500 m² enclosed garden.
- A west-facing veranda with garden table and sun loungers.
The house is ideally located in Balma, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

- Access to the city of TOULOUSE, CAPITOLE station, by metro line A from BALMA-GRAMONT station located 1.5 km away, 5 min by bus n°72

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park, or in the private parking spaces in the driveway of the house for up to 5 vehicles of any type. If you need to, you'll find an electric charging station 2.3 km away in Vidailhan.

- Nearest airport: Blagnac airport, about 15 minutes by car.
