Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ganz gut.

Das Deluxe Doppelzimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist top!

In der Unterkunft konnte man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Es gab kein warmes Wasser, weil der Boiler abgestellt war. Dann gab es keine Pflegeartikel und auch keinen Föhn.

Es war ok!

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage ist sehr gut.

Das Zimmer, was ich über booking gebucht habe, haben wir nicht bekommen, weil irgendwas durcheinander gebracht wurde. Interessant war, dass wenn man Zimmer direkt am Hotel bucht, diese günstiger sind als über booking. Nachts war es durch eine Gruppe Jugendlicher total laut bis jemand, nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit, für Ruhe gesorgt hat.

Disappointing. Разочарован.

The location was good. The hotel rooms are a good size. Triple glazed windows make the place quiet.

The place was not clean. The bathroom was very smelly and dirty. Initially they gave us a room that was not been cleaned up from the people before. We asked for another. Reception lady had no idea which rooms have been cleaned up or not. With the next key they literary said "tray this one and let me know". The air-conditioning was not working and the remote controls for the TV and aircon where very dirty and sticky with food.

- the room was clean and comfortable - the location was close to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants and near the main town centre. -

- reception was not staffed when we arrived although we arrived within the time frame indicated in our booking. - the receptionist did not speak English and was not friendly - The room was no more than half the size of the one we booked. - There was no signage on the exterior of the buiding.and the entry was signed to the gaming area - The entry required going up a flight of stos but the exit allowed access directly to footpath level. - No direct lighting at the lift area - The drain in the shower drained very slowly, meaning that we stood in 2-3 cm of water while showering. We raised the issue, got an "I'm sorry" but the issue was not fixed. - No soap or gel in the shower area. - Only one stool in the room. - No facilities for eating - cups, plates, toaster, hot water kettle, cuttlery etc.

The parking - there are only 3 parking spaces located on the main road for the entire hotel. This is the insufficient.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good location.

There were no toiletries, even though it was stated upon booking that these are available. The free parking is actually the one on the near grocery store.

No hotel parking. No restaurant in hotel or close by. Inadequate frig for food since no restaurants.

Nice modern interior the location is also very convenient

There was not enough hot water to take a shower. One person could go for literally 5 mins and take a shower as quick as possible and there was already no water for the next person. There was no windows that could be open for some fresh air.

Offer non smoking rooms!

The renovation of the rooms is great!

It seems that they allow smoking in the rooms. I'm not sure if they offer nonsmoking rooms, but if not I will never stay here again.

The hotel is in good location very close to the town .The staff is very helpful.The room is big and very clean .Good value of the money.

Great Location but Lacking a Few Key Things

Great location and close to the city center and other attractions of Sliven. The WIFI was excellent and there is a new flat screen tv, as well as new furniture.

No mini fridge in the room and the hot water for the shower did not last long. The only available food on the property is a café bar that serves pressed sandwiches only, but the guy working there always helped me order food from a nearby place and added it to my bill.

It was nice and confortable, will go again, but would like a bit better price.

It was nice and confortablle. The design was simplistic. Location and service were great. Could not imagine a better place to stay in Sliven. I would refer it to everybody.

The price could be better. At this town there are way cheaper places. No real parking for the guests, you have to use a near store parking space.
