Nestled in the city centre of Liverpool, you'll find The Pilgrim House. Boasting a private parking space, a backyard and stunning interiors throughout, this stylish holiday let is not to be missed! A true gem, you'll find The Pilgrim House in the Georgian Quarter in one of the most beautifully preserved, historic areas of the city. Sleeping up to 10 guests, this property is the perfect getaway for families and groups of friends.

The Space:
The Pilgrim House is a brand new property with high spec amenities throughout. Located in the famous Georgian Quarter and close to the city centre, it's perfect for enjoying all that Liverpool has to offer. You'll have full access to the property during your stay which includes an open plan kitchen and living area, four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Upon entering the property, you'll find the first bedroom to the right as you enter. Featuring a comfy double bed and a neutral colour scheme, this space is perfect to retreat to after a busy day of exploring Liverpool. You'll have plenty of space to unpack your belongings as there is a chest of drawers, hanging space and bedside tables.

Next to the bedroom is a modern shower room with a large walk-in rainfall shower, WC and basin.

Head down the stairs towards the rear of the property and you'll find the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Ultra sleek and stylish, the kitchen features matte black cupboards and white marble worktops. Fully equipped for self-catering stays, it includes an integrated oven, an electric hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and cookware. If you don't fancy cooking during your stay, there are plenty of great restaurants in the area!

Sharing this space is the living and dining area which is fitted with a breakfast bar and a sofa that converts to a double bed.

Upstairs on the first floor, you'll find a further two bedrooms. Designed with a minimalist style in white and complemented by dark furnishings, both rooms have a modern look. Both bedrooms also benefit from comfortable double beds.

The top floor is where you can find the fourth bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows boasting views of the Georgian Quarter neighbourhood, a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom is bright with two skylights and a clean white interior.

The second family bathroom is also on the top floor with a free standing bathtub, a separate walk-in shower, and a WC.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full house. Access to the The Pilgrim House is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free parking for one vehicle is available.

Please note the house is located in the city centre and next door to The Pilgrim pub so there may be noise on an evening.

**Please also note that the bi-fold doors leading to the backyard are currently out of use.

Other Things to Note:

The house is located within a residential area- whilst we are open to accepting stays for events, we ask guests to remain respectful of the other guests and residents in the building.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the property's address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The Neighborhood:
The Pilgrim House is in the perfect place for foodies who would like to explore the great variety of restaurants and pubs within the Bold Street, Hope Street, or Duke Street areas. Hope Street is home to some of Liverpool's top restaurants, such as The Florist and The London Carriageworks.

The Pilgrim House is also just within walking distance to Liverpool City Centre shopping. The Philharmonic Hall, Everyman Theatre, and the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, Britain's biggest Cathedral, are within a short stroll. You can also venture to scenic and historic spots like Ropewalks within easy walking distance, so you can enjoy a variety of independent shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. Albert Dock and Liverpool Museums and Tate Modern Gallery are about a 10-minute drive away.

Getting Around:
If you're exploring the city centre - you are already within walking distance of everything! However, if you're venturing out of the city centre there are plenty of bus stops within a minute's walk. Liverpool One bus stop is a short walk away as well as Liverpool Central Station.

The Pilgrim House is located within walking distance of the Philharmonic, Everyman Theatre, all the city’s food, culture, and entertainment treasures.

The Pilgrim, a popular pub with a great selection of beer is located just next door. Coffi, a great little cafe is just a stone's throw away and is absolutely Instagram-worthy. You can walk everywhere to amazing restaurants, and bars, including Cains Brewery village which is less than a 20-minute stroll from the house. Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine-dining restaurants. Hop on a bus (if you don't fancy the walk!) to Liverpool Waterfront and stop off at The Royal Albert Docks or The Tate. If you’re a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.
