Welcome to our inviting three-bedroom home in Colorado Springs! The master bedroom features a comfy king bed, closet, ceiling fan, and bedside lamps. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, bedside lamps, and a computer table, while the third bedroom has a twin bed and a bedside lamp. Our fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware, perfect for preparing meals. The spacious living room is ideal for relaxation, with ample seating and a 55" Smart TV. There's also a cozy family room and high-speed Wi-Fi up to 400 Mbps. Stay comfortable with central AC and heating.
Parking is convenient with up to four spaces in the driveway and garage, plus street parking available and RV-friendly. Enjoy our full bathroom with provided towels and soaps, and make use of the in-unit washer and dryer. The private patio features outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying the Colorado Weather. The fully fenced backyard offers a secure space for relaxation and outdoor activities. Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

1. Ring Doorbell Camera on front door. One in the front yard, two in the driveway, one in the north side yard, one on the back deck, one in the lower backyard, and one in the south side yard. It is on and operating.
This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
