In one of the most sought after destinations in New England, located just outside Great Barrington near the top of Baldwin Hill where the mountains ring your view in every direction, our private, spacious and inviting apartment with views of the surrounding trees out every window will be your new favorite Berkshires destination! The apartment was created in 2022 on the second story of our beautiful red barn. Everything is new! Plenty of parking right in front welcomes you to the gated courtyard that serves as your entrance. Up the stairs you will find three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a double (full) bed. There is a full bath with walk-in shower and full-sized laundry equipment. The kitchen is large and fully equipped for any cooking needs you may have. It has a large gas range, dishwasher, large fridge and a separate ice maker, as well as microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Go one way from the kitchen and you'll find our spacious breakfast nook with window surround that seats eight. Go the other direction and find the living room with extra large state of the art TV - Netflix and Prime all provided along with cords for your gaming machines. Our internet is fiber optic and lightning fast. Whole house generator, so you won't be affected if the local power fails! Parking for at least 4 vehicles. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home. Allergy sufferers will appreciate the bare wood floors , along with regular steam cleaning of upholstery. Our cleaning team uses only non-toxic and natural cleansers and our linens are free from softeners or fragrances. Air ducts, windows and exterior are cleaned twice per year, and we are happy to come by to correct any variance from a sparkling clean and comfortable home for your stay! With our local management team, we are always around the corner to assist you with whatever needs may arise. We also offer additional services such as full cleaning, daily freshening, grocery delivery, or whatever else you may need. Pamper yourself on your next visit to the Berkshires! Whether you are in town for a lazy summer weekend or heading for the slopes, we are located perfectly for all your plans! Please note that you must climb a one story staircase to reach this apartment. Located in the quiet hamlet of Egremont, MA just minutes away from everything the Berkshires has to offer! The property and neighborhood were gorgeous! Walkable roads with low speed limits and a nearby park were major bonuses. Plenty of food options nearby, and downtown Great Barrington is only a short drive away. The house was super clean, gorgeously furnished, and very cozy. The beds and linens were very good quality and I had an incredibly restful stay. I will certainly be renting this spot for my next trip to the area!
