About this house rental

The charming Villa Rose Moitada is the ideal place for your holiday. Surrounded by nature, it is located on a large plot with private parking and swimming pool and can accommodate up to 20 people in the spacious interior of the house. The villa is a large building with an interior area of 281m2 and an exterior area of 1180m2. It consists of 4 units, each with its own entrance. In total there are 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, offering guests complete comfort. The modern ground floor with 3 residential units includes 3 living rooms with fully equipped kitchens, 6 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet. From the living area you have direct access to the outdoor terrace. On the upper floor of the house there is a residential unit with 1 beautiful living room and a well-equipped kitchen. 2 comfortable bedrooms promise restful nights. There are also 2 bathrooms with showers. 2 terraces overlooking the pool and the beautiful countryside are the perfect place to enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning before heading out to explore the region. Outside the house, this villa offers an ideal combination of nature, a beautiful garden surrounded by trees and plants, and fun by the pool with your loved ones. Deckchairs and garden furniture are also provided and are an ideal place to socialise and soak up the sun's rays. The village of Rakotule is located in the northern part of Istria, in close proximity to the towns of Pore and Motovun. A visit to Motovun is not to be missed, as the Celts and Illyrians built enchanting fortresses here in ancient times, providing a unique historical experience. The name of the village is also of Celtic origin and comes from the word Monton, which means "town in the hills". In addition to the beautiful views from the hills, you can also enjoy the truffle and wine tasting for which this area is so famous. Porec is a popular summer holiday resort on the coast of the Istrian peninsula in western Croatia. In the historic old town, the complex of the Euphrasian Basilica from the 6th century is famous for its Byzantine mosaics. The coast to the north and south of the town offers marinas and beaches with water sports facilities.
