Activities nearby: The picturesque and listed Carler Teich is very close by, and a spa park has been laid out on its banks. You can spend time there taking leisurely walks or just relaxing. In summer, the area around Clausthal-Zellerfeld is equipped with numerous well-marked hiking trails. For example, the most famous hiking trail in the Harz, the Hexenstieg, begins in Osterode (15 km).
