Furnished with two comfortable couches, two armchairs, and a large flat-screen Smart TV, the living area also offers a pool table and a large wooden dining table for entertainment and dining.
The beautifully appointed kitchen, seamlessly integrated into the living space, offers a plethora of amenities for the culinary enthusiast in your group. It comes fully stocked with an array of dishes and utensils, as well as a stovetop, oven, a spacious three door refrigerator and freezer with a convenient built-in ice maker, a dishwasher, a top-of-the-line coffee machine, and a microwave. Additionally, you have the option to enjoy your meals either indoors or poolside on the inviting shaded patio area.
The expansive ground floor pool, with its elegant curved design wrapping around the corner of the house, features a pergola providing partial shade and a serene water feature. This beautifully decked outdoor area, is an island oasis, with its enclosed by decked walls it offers a tranquil and private setting for unwinding at home when not venturing out to explore the island.
Additionally, the ground floor of this house boasts a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as a full and a half bathroom.
The second floor of this house features three bright and spacious bedrooms, each with glass sliding doors leading to a balcony. The master bedroom, with its brick dome ceiling, is comfortable, with a double bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower as well as his and hers sinks. And finally, the third bedroom features two bunk beds, to sleep four people comfortably, as well as a large ensuite bathroom, with a walk-in shower. As you ascend the staircase to the third floor, you will encounter two entrances that lead to different sections of the rooftop terrace. Both sections offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and the Caribbean Sea. To your right, you'll find a secluded area with a luxurious jacuzzi, providing a perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate after a day filled with adventure. On the left, you'll discover a splendid rooftop terrace equipped with an array of comfortable seating options, a dining table, and chairs, creating an ideal setting for rooftop dining under the enchanting night sky. Additionally, this area features a rooftop pool adorned with colorful lights, setting the stage for unforgettable evenings spent on the rooftop.
** La Diosa community is still being developed and there is construction near the property that is projected to be completed by the end of 2024. You may experience construction noises during the day. **
