Minutes to Heavenly's Boulder and Stagecoach Lodges, The Lake, Heavenly Village, and The Casinos. Perfect for Guests who enjoy luxury and comfort. Loving attention to detail characterizes the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal.
The Case Chalet was completed May 26, 2024 and listed on the VRBO website on June 7, it is a brand new property!!! The home has three levels. The 1st floor has two bedrooms, kitchen, family, living and dining room areas with a double-sided fireplace and TV. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms, a sitting area with TV, and access to the second floor deck and hot tub. The lower level has a soothing Infrared Sauna, a shower to rinse off, a foosball table, popcorn machine, TV and laundry room.
There is a 8- person hot tub on the second floor deck which offers privacy and serenity right in the woods.
This home has updated modern appliances, kitchen and bathrooms plus laundry facilities. It comfortably sleeps 10 people with 1 main bedroom with a king beds; 2 queen beds; 1 twin bed, and a twin bunk bed.
There is a PIN pad entry (No key required; you'll receive your own private code for your stay).
This property is in a quiet scenic neighborhood located in Upper Kingsbury of Stateline, Nevada - just a short drive to the Nevada Beach, Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, Heavenly Village and Casinos.

Short term rentals are a hot political topic in our community and the county aggressively regulates and monitors vacation rentals. Here are their rules, which we must strictly follow, or we will lose our permit:
-Maximum occupancy: 10 Guests.
-The principal renter must be 30 years or older, a photo copy of the driver's license verifying the renter's age is required. .
-New county regulations limit parking to 2 vehicles in the driveway and one vehicle in the garage. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Parking permits are provided by the owner and must be displayed on the dashboard. Failure to follow parking rules can result in a $500 fine to the driver of the vehicle.
-Quiet hours are designated between 9:00PM-8:00AM. There are permanent residents who live near the home and noise needs to be kept to a reasonable level. Loud music, parties, or other activities that disturb the peacefulness of the residential neighborhood are not allowed.
-There are two containers in the Bear Box for garbage. All trash must be bagged, tied tightly, and deposited in the trash cans of the Bear Box. No overflowing trash: garbage must be level with cans
