The terrace of this cozy two-story home is the perfect spot to enjoy time with your companions. Start your day with breakfast outdoors or savor a delicious barbecue whenever you like, followed by a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool. The pool measures 5.50m x 3.60m with a depth ranging from 1.55m to 1.70m. After your swim, relax on one of the sun loungers or enjoy a drink on the terrace, accessible via the exterior stairs.

Distributed over two floors, the interior of the house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor, there is a living room equipped with Smart TV and satellite TV so you can enjoy your favorite programs and feel at home. The dining room is next to the kitchen and has direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. You will be able to prepare delicious dishes in the vitro-ceramic kitchen, which is equipped with all the utensils you need to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the same floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with a shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two more bedrooms with double beds. One of the bedrooms also has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to the terrace. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. All rooms are equipped with AC and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and high chair.

The property is located in Sa Pobla, which is perfect for strolling around the village as it is close to bars, restaurants, and shops. In addition, on Sundays, there is a traditional market with fresh local fruit and vegetables and many other artisan products. The property has a parking space, but if you wish, just 700 meters away there is a bus or train stop to go to nearby villages or the capital of the island. If you want to enjoy the beach, you can reach the shores in the north of the island in only 10 minutes by car. If you like golf, the Golf Pollença is only 15 minutes away by car.

The beach, Platja de Muro, is 10.9 km away, while the Palma de Mallorca Airport is 50.8 km from the property. The town center of Sa Pobla is just 0.45 km away, with the train station at 0.75 km and the bus stop at 0.7 km.
