7 NIGHT MINIMUM ALL YEAR ROUND PER COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS CC&R's. No reservation will be able to be honored less than 7 nights.

**There is 1 flight of stairs you would need to climb to get to the Top Level.
*Country Club Villlas will be working on stacks 15 and 16 for steel work sometime between July 29th and August
5th. which will affect units 316 and 115. They will also be doing painting of the railings. This is
estimated between August 12th and 19th.
During this entire process you will continue to have access to the Unit.*
