Entry door is damaged and has paint peeling off. Entry stair case has a loose paver step that almost landed me in an ambulance. I pushed it back in place, and happened to find an orange cone to place to prevent other guests from being injured. Cieling fan is falling apart. I had to reassemble it so that we could use it. The shower was stone cold due to the hot water heater being shut off at the circuit breaker. I flipped the circuit breaker on, but our family had to wait HOURS to take a shower while the water was heated. The hot tub was leaking a LOT of water at the base, and we were unable to enjoy it. We had to get out of the hot tub to prevent the water level from dropping any further. All of this could have been prevented with proper care and preparation. I paid good money for a nice place for our family to celebrate my wife and I’s 35th wedding anniversary. I did not get my money’s worth, and will never stay at this property again.
