Welcome to Fireside Fun! One of Lake Norman's newest remodeled listings, this house sleeps 18 and has a new in-ground pool! The house's namesake is perfect, and the new lakeside fire pit will create s'mores and memories for your whole group.

Fireside Fun is a wholly remodeled ranch house with a basement. The main level features an open concept with a kitchen, living, and dining room in one big area. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked to prep all your group meals.

While the chef is prepping all the meals, there is an island for other guests to keep them company with seating for 4. Once meals are prepped, there is plenty of space for the whole group to dine together in the dining area, which features two tables seating 8-10 and 6.

Post-meal, you can easily move over to the living area and enjoy the large sectional, fireplace, and TV. Don't forget the sliders to the back deck, where the private pool is located. The pool deck has 2 dining tables, a bar table, 2 loungers, and 2 rockers — plenty of seating options for your whole crew. Just steps out the back door is your own private oasis with a pool, new decking, and loungers to take in some sun!

The main level bedrooms feature 6 rooms with king beds. The primary has an en suite bath with new dual vanities, a glass shower, and a TV. This primary bedroom has great views of the new in-ground pool. Two sets of king bedrooms have jack-and-jill bathrooms between them, perfect for families to share the spaces. The other king bedroom on the main level will use the shared hall bathroom. All the bedrooms have new furnishings, mattresses, bedding, and TVs.

The lower level is perfect for the kiddos. There is a bunk room sleeping six with three twin-over-twin bunk beds. The game room on the lower level has a pool table along with a kitchenette—featuring two islands with four bar stools, a bar table for four, and a sectional for the large TV to watch the games.

Fireside Fun is not just the name but another great feature of this house! The newly built fire pit with lakeside views will be perfect for making s'mores with the kiddos. Once they go to bed, adults can enjoy the ambiance of the fire with some adult beverages. Fire pits are always a lakeside hit!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
