Best location only a block from the Malecón & the beach in the heart of Progreso-Near restaurants, shops, OXXO, Centro Progreso, sights -
Beautifully decorated on main floor & well-equipped kitchen -Smart TV w/Netflix-Wi-Fi throughout the complex.
Buena Vida Suite is 800 sq. ft with with an outdoor patio.10-ft high ceilings.
A fully-equipped kitchen The living area has plenty of seating for downtime moments plus a SmartTV with Netflix!
Enter through the bedroom to get to another non private sleeping area and bathroom. Again, this layout is not suitable for four adults but a couple with or without up to 2 young children!
Has a safe box for your valuables.
High speed internet throughout the property.- A patio outside the apartment door that has a sofa and chair for getting some fresh air. This is your patio, although the entrance is shared by the unit next door, so it’s not entirely “private” but it’s yours to use anytime!
The SHARED SPACES:- A large rooftop with a giant palapa shaded area & plenty of seating to enjoy the breeze and view view of the ocean and much of Progresso! Have a sunset cocktail or enjoy a meal.- A beautiful garden courtyard pool.
Please note there's no direct access to the pool. It is quite inconvenient. You must go up a staircase, cross over at the roof area where the rooftop Palapa is located, (3rd-floor), and go back down the stairs to the pool & courtyard area.

Usually plenty of parking on the street but not guarantied.
Only registered guests are allowed in the pool and rooftop. No overnight visitors or pets.
No parties. Quiet time begins at 10:00 p.m.
Not only will you enjoy our location as we are one block from the Malecon and beach, but we also provide excellent customer service. We hope that we can include you as one of our many returning guests.
