Hacienda de Mita is the only beach front property in Punta Mita and is also the only property with a private gate into El Anclote, the adjacent village which offers shopping and wonderful dining options, all within walking distance.
Each building in Hacienda de Mita has its own swimming pool and hot tub as well as access to the Hacienda de Mita Beach Club which is on the property and has a larger pool and hot tub with pool side food and beverage service.
This renovated property is fully air conditioned and offers a spacious and comfortable floor plan. Enjoy an open concept chef's kitchen, large main living room and dining room with seating for eight that both open onto an over-sized well appointed patio with an unobstructed view of the beach and bay.
The property boasts four comfortable bedrooms with plenty of storage:
Two primary bedrooms, both with king beds (one of the primary bedrooms also includes a full size day bed).
One bedroom with two queen beds.
One bedroom with platform bunk beds - perfect for the young (or young at heart).
All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Each bathroom is equipped with blow dryers, robes, and basic toiletries for your convenience.
The unit also has WIFI, a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, assorted recreational gear and beach towels.
Included with this property is a Premier membership which allows access to all the Punta Mita Beach Clubs, the fitness center, the two renowned Jack Nicklaus golf courses and the world class racquet sport center.
We also provide a six person golf cart and ask for a signed waiver upon arrival. Housekeeping is included every day but Sunday.
