Floor-to-ceiling windows with flowing drapes allow natural light to fill the space, which is split into two distinct areas. One side offers a large L-shaped sofa, two upholstered armchairs, and an ottoman table in front of a wall-mounted Smart TV. The other side boasts two grey upholstered three-seater sofas, a coffee table, and a feature fireplace, perfect for socialising or relaxing.
Dining Room
The dining room blends classic charm with contemporary style, featuring a chunky wooden table and pale grey chairs for up to eight guests. Bifold doors lead to the garden for a seamless indoor-outdoor dining experience. A breakout area with rattan furniture offers a cosy spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
Kitchen
The stylish open-plan kitchen flows from the dining area, with striking dark grey shaker cabinets and white marble worktops. There’s plenty of countertop space and storage, with modern amenities, including an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.
Utility Room
This functional space is enhanced with soft grey patterned tiles, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer, making laundry a breeze during your stay.
Garden
The enclosed private garden is a tranquil retreat accessed through the bifold doors from the dining room. The patio, laid with porcelain tiles, features a wooden table and chairs for alfresco dining. The astroturf area with lush planted borders and towering trees adds to the peaceful ambiance.

Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, sofa bed, dressing table, Smart TV, and a spacious ensuite with a shower, WC, and basin.
