Upon entering this beachfront home, at the ground level you will walk up stairs leading to the main floor where you can enjoy ocean views from the open living space and kitchen area. The living room has plenty of seating with a large sectional, a large TV, and offers views overlooking the Grand Pavilion pool and the Atlantic Ocean. Step outside on the living room front porch and you’re just steps away from two Grand Pavilion pools, restaurants, and the beach.
About Boardwalk Homes Neighborhood:
The Boardwalk neighborhood is a very unique experience. The Boardwalk Homes show off the Charleston Single architecture, which is part of the Charleston charm. These charming home are located just steps from the beach, pools, restaurants and is the ideal vacation rental for families who want to be in the heart of all of the action with the bustle of the Boardwalk dining, pools and shops at your fingertips.

Covered porch off living room: steps from the 2 community pools, the Boardwalk shops and food, and to the beach.
Bedroom #1: 2 Queen Beds with shared ensuite bathroom. TV with Roku
Shared hall bathroom with combination bath/shower
Washer/Dryer in hall closet near kitchen.
Second Floor:
Bedroom #2: King Bed with ensuite bathroom with combination bath/shower (Ocean Front) TV Roku
Bedroom #3: Bunkroom with two bunk beds (Twin over Full sized bed) with ensuite bathroom with combination bath/shower (TV Roku)
Third Floor:
Bedroom #4: King Bed (Ocean Front) with its own private balcony with Oceanview's and ensuite bathroom - Soaking Tub and Shower (Roku TV)
Parking:
Each home is allocated 2 parking spaces - #1 space is under the carport, #2 space is directly behind it. There is an unassigned parking space which is referred to as common space parking (available for any rental guest) - these are located in between the properties. For example: directly to the left of 129 Grand Pavilion located in between 129 Grand Pavilion and 130 Grand Pavilion there is a common space. These spaces are owned by the Grand Pavilion Association (not individual property owners). There is a diagram on site
Golf Carts and LSVs:
Wild Dunes requires that these be parked under the carport. (Notice on site)
The home has complimentary cable and wireless high speed internet, as well as washer/dryer. All bed linens, towels and starter kit/ toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals.
No pets or smoking permitted. Per Wild Dunes no grill is permitted.
