Nous louons notre maison de vacances à Trouville sur Mer idéalement située a quelques mètres du Marché aux Poissons et de l’eglise Notre Dame.
Elle vient juste d´être totalement rénovée.
Maison de ville sur 3 niveaux faisant 120m² avec une grande terrasse plein sud de 30m²…
Au calme, vous serez a 8min a pieds de la gare de Trouville Deauville, 8 min a pieds de la plage, 1 min du marche aux poissons, 3 min du Monoprix. Tout à pieds.
Au rdc : couloir desservant la cuisine avec grande table a manger face a la grande baie vitree ouvrant sur la terrasse / cour et l’escalier montant au 1er et 2e etage.
Au 1er etage : grand salon avec TV, canapé et meridienne avec vue sur les toits de Trouville et les quais. Un bureau avec grande table a partager pour les petits et les grands (table a dessin avec plein de fourniturues). La chambre parentale avec lit kinh’g size (180cm) avec cheminee en marbre, au calme avec vue sur la cour et salle de douche attenante (carreaux de ciment et grande douche a l’italienne)
Au 2e etage : 3 chambre dont
- 1 grande chambre double avec poutres apparentes (lit queen 160cm)
- 1 chambre avec lit double de 140cm donnant sur la coir
- 1 chambre enfants avec lit cabane et lit bebe
- 1 salle de bains avec grande baignoire
- 1 buanderie avec lave linge et seche linge
