Welcome to our beautiful and stylish property located in the heart of Worthing town centre. Perfectly positioned, you'll find yourself steps away from delightful shops, cozy coffee spots, quaint boutique stores, vibrant bars, and a variety of restaurants.
FREE Parking permits for 1 vehicle - please give us as much notice as possible for the permit, we will need the full Registration number/plate of the vehicle and the owners name.
The Space:
Ideal for Re-locators, Contractors, Business Trips & Holiday Makers.
Master Bedroom: Versatile and comfortable, it can be arranged as a superking or two twin beds. Complete with all essential plug points, a spacious wardrobe, drawers, and luxurious linen. It also features a vanity or work area for your convenience.
Second Bedroom: Can be set up as a king size bed or two twin beds, with all the same comforts—ample plug points, wardrobe, drawers, and high-quality linen.
Living Room: Relax in style with a smart TV and a selection of board games for your entertainment and a comfortable sofa-bed ideal for 1.
Bathroom: Modern and fully stocked with all toiletries, featuring a refreshing shower and fluffy luxury towels.
Kitchen: A "home away from home" experience with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area. Everything you need to cook up a storm or enjoy a quiet meal.
Courtyard: Small yet charming, perfect for a morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Facilities: Includes a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, pots, pans, plates, glassware, linen, towels, wifi dongle.
Local attractions & amenities: Worthing Pier & Beach 5 minute walk, South Downs 20 minute drive, Brighton Town Centre 30 minute drive, Worthing museum & gallery 6 minute walk, Worthing pavilion theatre 6 minute walk, Tesco Express 2 minute walk.
Transport links: Coastliner 700 is a bus service between Brighton and Portsmouth via Hove, Shoreham-by-Sea, Worthing, Littlehampton, Wick, Bognor Regis, Chichester, Havant, and Portsmouth with a daytime frequency of every 12 minutes on Mondays to Saturdays. Fast and reliable way to explore all nearby seaside resorts.
4 minute drive to Worthing train station with direct links into London Victoria, Brighton and more.
Parking: 24 hour car park directly opposite the property (High Street Multi-Storey) £11 per day or free limited on-street parking from 6pm-9am outside the property. (Free on-street parking on Sundays all day - outside the property)

PLEASE NOTE:
- A security deposit of £250 is required for this property for any possible damages or breach of the house rules.
- There is a video and sound recording camera doorbell by the front door of the property.
- There is a noise monitoring device in the kitchen/lounge which monitors noise levels.
- Photo ID of primary guest as well as the full names of additional guests will need to be provided via email, text or Airbnb chat before check-in details are provided and before check-in can take place.
- £50 fine for lost keys -- £50 fine for late check-out (past 11am) - NO PARTIES ALLOWED
