When you walk in the door, you instantly feel those Vacation Vibes! Greeted by a Game Room including a pool table & ping pong table as well as the theater room, fitness area, and family room with Smart TV! Three of the nine bedrooms are found on this level. The first, is a King Suite, with access to an Oceanside deck. The second a Queen Suite with private bath. The third bedroom is an ADA-compliant Queen suite with deck access. There is access to the main pool deck from the family room. The pool deck is equipped with a pool, hot tub, cabana, bathroom, outdoor shower area, cornhole, and of course…. direct beach access!
The main living space is located on the second floor. Warm and inviting Coastal decor abounds! The living and dining areas are exquisitely decorated with uninhibited views of the Atlantic. The dining area is ideal for entertaining the whole family! Aside from the east facing living room there is also an additional seating area on the west side of the home with a wet bar. A great spot to get away and enjoy a book or refreshing cocktail! Ready to whip up a few family style meals? The chef's kitchen will not disappoint! Well appointed with two dishwashers, two ranges, two refrigerators, breakfast bar, and an oversized pantry. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, you will find a spacious King suite with comfortable furnishings, deck access, with a private full bath.
One of the highlights of this home is the second floor Gazebo with outdoor dining and gas grills for guests' use. Indulge in a fresh surf and turf meal while listening to the sounds of Sandbridge and all that mother nature has to offer. The wrap around decks are outfitted with built- to- last loungers providing the perfect vantage point to experience the Sandbridge Sunrise. Don't miss the dolphins as they greet the morning frolicing in the surf and indulge in a freshly made donut from the Sandbridge Market!
As you make your way up to the third floor you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms. The “Queen Suite” featuring 2 Queen beds is oceanfront facing, with private deck access, & full bath. There are two bunk rooms with 2 double/ double bunk sets in each ideal for kids or teens. They also have their own private baths! Remaining are two more bedrooms, both Oceanside King Suites with private bath & deck access. There is also a quaint sitting area at the top of the steps with a table perfect for puzzles or a game of cards, a desk for catching up on a few emails, and a second laundry room.
