KITCHEN: Refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, flat wear, spices, kettle. Children’s silicone plates and bibs available.
GENERAL: Washer and dryer, towels, linens, central air conditioning/heat, keyless entry
FAQ: Stairs required for access, Minut noise monitoring devise in the living area and outside (this does not record anything, just alerts us to noise levels exceeding 75dB).

Conveniently located on the west end of Bend on a quiet street backing onto a forested green space. Minutes to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort and Phils Trail access. Our neighborhood is mostly families and almost everyone has a pet and we love it here. Because of the family atmosphere, please keep noise down after 10pm. We do not allow parties of any kind.
