Our spacious townhome, situated steps away from Powder Monkey and across the street from the Western Territory lift, sleeps 17 and is equipped with two large great rooms. Both have big screen smart televisions and wood burning fireplaces(Guest must bring firewood). The upstairs great room also features a game room with overlooking loft, pool table, and poker table. There is no other unit like Shay’s #1 on the mountain. Our property is approximately 4700 square feet and the main kitchen, great rooms, and master bedroom all have two full walls of large windows allowing you to enjoy the beautiful and majestic surrounding mountains and landscape as well as two large covered porches which give our guests one of the best views of the Western skies and Village fireworks. Our unit also features an apartment style bedroom on the ground level complete with a kitchenette. Every bedroom has a bathroom, flat screen television, and black out drapes. Our townhome features luxurious finishes such as a spacious kitchen with a large island and granite countertops as well as hard wood flooring throughout. The garage has been newly renovated into a ski, snowboard locker room with outdoor access, a large boot/glove dryer that can accommodate up to six, equipment storage, and bench seating.
