The main level features comfortable, bright, and tasteful decor. In addition to a gas fireplace to warm the kitchen and living area, central air and heating keep everyone comfortable year-round!
Perfect for family reunions and holidays! The well-stocked kitchen will be the chef's domain while preparing and serving your fresh catch, steamed shrimp, or burgers and hot dogs made on the gas grill. Enough seating so everyone can enjoy meals together. The breakfast bar makes it easy for a quick bite or meals for the kiddos. The deck off the kitchen is an ideal spot to watch the fun in the pool. (New Polywood Deck Furniture and Pool Lounge Chairs) The top level has a master bedroom (King bed) with a TV, private bath with a whirlpool tub and shower.
A powder room is located off the dining area. A day won't pass without spending time on the front deck while basking in the beauty of the ocean. The upstairs loft area is ideal for reading, enjoying the many games, checking emails, or catching up on your social media as the house is appointed with High Speed Internet. The lower level is just as inviting with its comfortable and cheery decor! Another master bedroom (King) featuring a private bathroom, whirlpool tub, and shower. A Queen master bedroom, full bathroom in addition to yet another Queen room with a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting to a large room that boasts a pyramid bed (twin, double, twin trundle) gives everyone enough private space to relax and recharge.
