ABOUT THE HOME:
This stunning sanctuary features five bedrooms, five and a half baths, a gourmet kitchen with double islands, and a butler's pantry complete with a built-in coffee station and wine fridge. Enjoy the convenience of a two-car garage (with EV connections) equipped with a bench, boot wash, and ski shelving. For those needing to catch up on work, an office space complete with a coffee bar, mini fridge, and sink offers spectacular views just outside the upstairs main suite.

- The Studio: Queen Murphy/TRX-Yoga Room
- Bunk Room: Two Queens with Two XL Twins
After a day of outdoor activities or catching up on work emails (full Wi-Fi and video capabilities provided), enjoy one of two hot tubs—one on the lower level and another off the upper main suite—both offering incredible views perfect for relaxation. The home also features a sauna and an elevator for those days when you need a little extra comfort. With amazing 360-degree Rocky Mountain views, you can unwind in the fantastic entertainment area featuring a movie projector and an oversized viewing screen.

SKIING:
Enjoy easy access to the new Deer Valley East Village (Mayflower Exit), a paradise for skiing enthusiasts ready to hit the slopes in style. Starting in the 2024 season, three new lifts will provide access to new terrain, making this the ultimate destination for ski lovers. A comprehensive welcome book, sent prior to your stay, will provide all necessary information about the home and activities.
A private shuttle service is available to take you to the slopes (advanced reservations required; details will be provided upon booking).

Located just 10 minutes from Park City’s main street, this home shines in its unique beauty throughout the year.
