Safe, comfortable, complete facilities, good location, reasonable price

This was my third trip to Armenia. A beautiful country, very clean air, very law-abiding people, a very strong public transportation system beyond expectations (compared to Russia, Belarus, China, Ukraine, Turkey and, in my opinion, similar to the city of Hamburg) The apartments are in a renovated building. Be sure to note that the entrance to the building is on Shahsavarian street. (Unfortunately, we searched for the entrance of the building for 10 minutes) Our suite was very very clean. Our suite had a small coffee maker, an electric kettle, very complete and useful cooking utensils, a small refrigerator, a gas stove, a hood, an air conditioner, a steam iron, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a large clothes hanger. (the ironing board is in the corridor, you can use it) The problem of water pressure is between 8 and 10 o'clock, which is probably due to the fact that the apartments are newly built. They told us it would be fixed. The geographical location of the building is located in the north of Yerevan city, which is 30 to 40 minutes away from the opera building by bus in the heavy traffic of Yerevan city. The bus station is 100 to 150 meters away (in front of the Yerevan department store) and you can take buses 9, 24, 43, 47, 58, 97 from the front of the Yerevan department store to the city center and back. The return station is on the northwest side of the Opera House. The cost of a taxi in Yerevan is very cheap, so be sure to use the Yandex application. There are several pharmacies, bakeries, and a restaurant near the building. The Yerevan store is very complete and you can find everything you want there. The only problem was the drop in water pressure and low internet speed. We will definitely choose this place again.
