POOL HEATING DETAILS
The pool is heated via solar panels from  Mid May to early to Mid October, during the day at no additional cost.   Because this is a solar system, there is no heating at night.  

When heated, the goal is for the pool temp to be at a minimum of 80F/26C during the day.  You can expect warmer temerature during the warmer months in the summer.  Please be aware that 80F is warm (not hot), and you will still feel a little chill, especially when the weather is hot outside due to the temperature difference.  This a solar system, therefore the temperature may fluctuate, especially at the beginning and end of the season.  

Pool heating is NOT available October 16-May 14 as it is too cold and requires too much energy to heat the pool during this time of year.   There is a separate hot tub available that is always hot.

☀ Ramona has quiet hours from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am
☀ Please report any damages that occur during stay
☀ After sunset: close the screen doors to ensure no pest enter the house; make sure you keep food in closed containers to avoid ant invasion.
☀ Do not leave children outside without close supervision: there is no fence nor alarm to the pool, the house is on top of a hill and it can be dangerous for young children to wander in the property unattended
☀The roads in the community are private and we - and our guests - have easement and can use those roads from the gate to our property as much as we need. Using the roads after our property or outside the road from the gate to the house is trespassing
☀ Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
☀ These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
☀ Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
