Ar condicionado sem manutenção ( Selo da última manutenção fixado na evaporadora vencido desde 2019), desta forma, sem comprovação de que foi feita regularmente e dentro das normas ( PMOC). Ganhamos uma crise alérgica de lembrança. Alimentação limitada. Jantar: Sobra do almoço, poucas opções, pão "dormido", não servem ovos, queijo... Se limitam ao que foi servido no almoço. E sopa. Interfone sem funcionar, reclamamos e não foram tomadas as devidas providências. Voltamos antes da data do check out ( 24 hs antes). Optamos por almoçar em restaurante próximo. Café da manhã: Proteína regulada ( servida por uma funcionária), ou seja só os demais itens que estavam a disposição para se servir. Informamos na recepção sobre nossa insatisfação. Orientei sobre a questão da manutenção do ar condicionado. Piscina sem condições!!

Precisa fazer algumas reformas na pousada.
Na minha opinião a pousada só tem o básico, não dispõe de camas confortáveis nem quartos espaçosos. É um lugar pra dormir. Não dá pra passar o dia lá. Os funcionários atendem muito bem, tem café da manhã. Eu recomendo, porém saiba que não tem muito conforto. Muito difícil encontrar algum hotel com conforto em Itamaracá, quando tiver um vai ser ótimo.
Precisava trocar os ar-condicionados. Precisava ter melhores colchões, e melhores lençóis. Mais espaço nos quartos e banheiros melhores.

Ótima e tranquila.
Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O espaço é agradável e muito espaçoso. Em relação ao tamanho do quarto não é tão grande, mas atende bem.
A localização da pousada fica um pouco distante do centro e de opções de lazer, caso tenha carro facilita o deslocamento.

good position close to the beach and Fort Orange
it is quite run down with many things broken in the room and bath room and it was very noisy with high volume music in the neighborhood

The hostess was very kind. We loved her.
The host was a little negligent. We had some problems with the doors of the room and bathroom, but he didn't fix them.
