You can easily book and pay for your stay online. We ensure that your personal access will be ready upon arrival, allowing for a seamless check-in. My co-hosts and I are available to provide you with personal recommendations for nearby restaurants, cafés, and nightlife.
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM. In case of emergencies, we are available 24/7. Although we are not a hotel, we offer comfortable and secure self-service accommodations with international guest support to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
This apartment is ideally located in the heart of Tilburg, just a few minutes' walk from the central train station. From here, you can easily explore the lively city center. The charming Dwaalgebied, known for its unique shops, cozy cafés, and picturesque streets, is just around the corner.
You’re also close to the Spoorzone, a dynamic area full of trendy eateries and bars. For nature lovers, the nearby city park offers a peaceful spot for a relaxing walk.
Concerts at Poppodium 013 and events in the Spoorzone are within easy walking distance.
This unique apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful historic building, designed by renowned architect C.M.B. (Casper) van den Beld. The building was constructed in 1931 after winning an architectural competition organized by Heineken. The rich history of the building is reflected in the stunning stained-glass windows in the stairwell, which depict the coats of arms of Brabant, Tilburg, and the Netherlands.
The building was designed in the famous "De Stijl" style, characterized by clean lines and bright primary colors, adding an artistic and historical dimension to your stay.
This spacious apartment combines modern comfort with a unique design. It features a comfortable bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. The apartment is inspired by Theo van Doesburg, with its geometric patterns and bold use of colors, giving the space a special character.

Tilburg University is also easily accessible by train or bus, and of course, cycling is always a fast and typically Dutch option.
