Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

We brought nine family members to the beach - 5 adults and 4 teenagers, and we had plenty of room for all! This condo is more beautiful than the pictures, and the condo and facilities in general are the cleanest we’ve ever experienced! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

This was the cleanest condo we've ever stayed at! The condo is well cared for, very open, and beautiful. We loved that the condo had plenty of clean pillows and blankets too. The owners were easy to communicate with, and we really appreciated them letting our baby rental contact in early to drop off and pick up our rental gear as well. The views and hot tub were perfection! Orange Beach is a beautiful area and very family friendly. The only sort of negative, which wasn't a big deal and had nothing to do with the condo itself, was that a few of the pools really needed to be cleaned/swept more often. Otherwise, it was all fantastic! Even the beach was one of the cleanest we've been too! Overall, this is probably the first condo we'd ever consider returning to in the future! We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved this condo and the resort! The hot tub on the balcony was amazing! The kids loved the heated lazy river! The condo was immaculate and quite roomy for a family of 6! We would definitely stay here again! The host responds in a timely manner and was available for any questions.

There were 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children, ages 3,6,6 and 11). We were there for a memorial service for my mother and the owner even left us a sympathy card. We had every utensil needed to create some meals to take to the Florabama for thanksgiving - hand mixer, blender and the pots and pans were high quality as well - for all the meals we had there. The jacuzzi on the porch was used day and night and the facility indoor pool/hot tubs/steamer/sauna/and lazy river (which is also heated) were a hit with all. The view is wonderful, the beach was amazing. The beds were all comfortable. The ability to wash and dry clothes/towels daily was helpful. My only complaint is that the facilities pools/hot tubs bleached out the color of all our swimsuits. But hey, if that’s the worse thing that happened then that’s pretty good! I would have enjoyed more comfortable porch chairs as we spent a lot of time out there and would have spent more time out there had the chairs been more accommodating. Oh! And a nice touch are all the labels on the light switches and the satellite station that also provided music. There were even hangers in the closets! Thank you! The place was pristine! Very well maintained and up to date.

This condo was immaculate - so very clean and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony beach view and the hot tub. Although the weather was not as warm as it usually is in October, we all had a great time! The price per night was very reasonable for this time of year! I highly recommend this unit for any group - family and friends.

My husband & I met our Son, DIL and grandchildren for the week. The condo was perfect - 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and lots of space in the living area/kitchen. The activities on the grounds were great - the kids especially loved the lazy river and chess. Very clean and great location.

We stayed in this condo for our annual family beach trip. It was so clean and offered perfect space and bed combination for our group (1 family of 4, 1 family of 3, and grandparents). The bedrooms were quiet, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. We will definitely be booking this condo again!

Everything was Great!! Enjoyed our stay!! Little concern about the bath tub in front bathroom. It ran for a long time after we got out of it. We had an amazing 4th of July at the Turquoise. The fireworks in front was spectacular. The room was located on a lower floor of the D tower which I loved. The room was nicely stocked with kitchen gadgets as we love to cook!! I enjoyed the new hot tub and the outdoor furniture was amazing to drink coffee and take in the views!!

So many units have cheap silverware, pots, pans , knives. Not this one! This one had great cookware and plenty to choose from. Maybe the greatest is that The owner himself cleans the property at departure. We left my wife’s jewelry bag which in most places the cleaning crew would “take care of that”. This owner had called us before we got to the nearest gas station. Owners I’d recommend putting that note that it’s cleaned by yourself in the description. People we could have been out $25k easily if John himself didn’t personally clean it.
