Perfect for 2-3 families, large groups of friends, or a couples retreat, our estate sleeps 13 guests in 5 luxurious bedrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, a movie theatre, and expansive outdoor spaces featuring a pool, spa, and dining area. Spacious and Comfortable Accommodations:
Our spacious five-bedroom house comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests and features three distinct living areas. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, private deck, walk-in robe, and en-suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms offer a mix of queen-sized beds and single pull-out beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest, all while surrounded by private gardens.

- Room 5 Queen bed and the adjoining living area to the room has a Single bed and a Single trundle
Stunning Indoor and Outdoor Spaces:
While the upstairs living zones offer amazing views, the ground floor opens to a huge timber deck with a louvred roof pergola overlooking the lagoon-style solar-heated pool and Bali Hut. A spectacular entrance foyer leads to a modern open-plan kitchen filled with natural light. Relax by the cozy fireplace in the open-plan living area or enjoy a cinematic experience in the state-of-the-art movie theatre with plush seating and a large screen.
Entertainment and Relaxation:
Step outside to discover the true essence of Serenity Springs Estate. The expansive outdoor area includes a sparkling pool and a luxurious spa, perfect for relaxing under the stars. Lounge on the sun deck or enjoy alfresco meals in the outdoor dining area, complete with a barbecue and ample seating.
Kitchen:
Our modern kitchen is a dream come true, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and all the utensils and cookware you'll need to prepare delicious meals. An additional kitchenette downstairs serves the theatre room and barbecue area, equipped with a sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, crockery, and cutlery.
