The house has its own private pool (photos to come) as well as access to the exclusive large beautifully manicured communal pool, BBQ area and recreation room - shared with other members of The Pavilions complex. Perfectly suited for large social gatherings.

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area with large windows facing onto the alfresco and pool areas and streaming with sunshine.
The house is designed for entertainment and comfort in mind with brand-new furnishings and appliances.
It has a large outdoor space with sheltered alfresco lounge, dining and BBQ area.
Whether you're relaxing in the pool or lazing on the sunlounge, the pool is perfectly located outside the living space for water views and parental supervision.
Upstairs Spaces
Additional sitting room - Featuring an oversized luxurious lounge suite ideal for social gatherings and movie nights.
Otherwise unwind on the balcony with a book whilst enjoying the stunning expansive views of Mt Coolum, luscious treetops and sea glimpses.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Upstairs:
Master Bedroom 1: Queen bed and a single sofa bed. Features ample space for relaxation, a walk-in robe, large ensuite with a separate bath and shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, spacious with a serene view of lush, verdant trees and an additional desk for work or study.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds (or king bed option upon request), offering stunning views of Mount Coolum.
The upstairs master bedroom and sitting room both feature a fold-out single sofa bed to accommodate additional guests.
There is an additional upstairs bathroom with walk-in tiled shower and a large bath.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 4: Enjoy your own sanctuary with a sumptuous queen bed, ensuite bathroom and your private access to the rear garden.
The single sofa bed that can also accommodate another guest downstairs.

Office space: Perfect for guests who need to work remotely, providing a quiet and productive environment.
Laundry: Separate room with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
