King size bed. This spacious room comes with with 32" Smart TV with Netflix/Prime, work desk for remote working. Can be extended to fit 2 single beds if required
Bedroom 4:
Double bed. This spacious room comes with with 32" Smart TV with Netflix/Prime, work desk for remote working.
Downstairs Bath, WC with sink and toiletries
Cinema room:
This spacious room with high ceilings offering 75" Smart TV with Netflix/Prime.
Dining room:
Spacious dining area with high ceiling, real flame open gas fire and table to seat up to 16. Also comes with a 65" Smart TV.
Kitchen:
Tall fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 ring gas burner, 4 ring Induction hob, 2 large oven, bread maker, deep fryer, rice cooker. Doorway through to inner hallway , cloakroom and back door.
Cellar:
Doorway through to the utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer.
First floor landing:
With stairs leading up to the second floor and doors to 5 bedrooms, separate bathroom and separate toilet.
Bedroom 5:
King size bed. This spacious room comes with with 32" TV with Netflix/Prime, work desk for remote working, table top fridge. Can be extended to fit 2 single beds if required
Bedroom 6:
Spacious single bed. Comes with 24" TV with, work desk for remote working.
Bedroom 7:
King size bed. This spacious room comes with with 32" TV, work desk for remote working. Can be extended to fit 2 single beds if required
Bedroom 8:
Spacious single bed. Comes with 24" TV with, work desk for remote working.
Bedroom 9:
En-suite spacious room with bunk bed *exclusively* for 3 children under 15. Comes with with 32" TV with Netflix/Prime, work desk for remote working.
Upstairs separate shower room
Upstairs separate WC with sink and toiletries
Additional sleeping arrangements:
Should you need to accommodate more than 16 guests, 2 further beds (single folding camp style) can be provided.
Outside:
Carport to accommodate 5 cars with further on street parking on adjacent streets available. The house is situated front of its land, mainly laid to lawn with fully established trees and shrubs. Block paving from the driveway to the front door. Acess o the garden from inside the house block paved seating area and a massive lawn area for activities.
Guest access
The whole house will be available to our guests, apart from the office, which is situated in the North first floor.
Other things to note
A MAXIMUM of 18 guests in our home. No additional guests; whether visiting or staying the night.
