It is a perfect match for family vacations, group travel and business accommodation. With its excellent location, you can easily reach many local attractions, restaurants and shops.

7. Speaker parties and any loud parties are prohibited. No loud music or disturbing neighbours, especially after 9pm. Once discovered, a fine of $500~$1000 will be imposed

Regarding extra trash: If the trash exceeds 10 bags, you will be charged a trash disposal fee of $20 per bag.
