The rooftop area is a masterpiece of outdoor entertaining, complete with a BBQ station/kitchen area, multiple dining spaces, and two cozy fire pits. Revel in the sunrise and sunset while enjoying al fresco meals accompanied by music from rooftop speakers.
Host gatherings with sophistication at the opulent backlit onyx bar, which seamlessly connects to the expansive open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring bespoke cabinetry and top-of-the-line Miele appliances.
The living area includes a sunken living room with custom-built seating and a Napoleon fireplace, perfect for relaxing and watching TV.
For your convenience, the home is equipped with a comprehensive sound system, lighting, and security system. Exterior security cameras are installed for added comfort and security.
The property boasts soaring ceilings and an open floor plan that enhances the feeling of space and relaxation. It includes five luxurious en-suite bedrooms, with the primary suite offering an exclusive retreat. This suite boasts dual walk-in closets, a Venetian plaster bathroom, and a private outdoor terrace.
Additionally, the home provides two designated tandem parking spaces with an electric vehicle charging station.
There is a $180 per day fee for any pool heating (maximum of 6 hr's), and a $90 per day for spa heating (maximum 6 hr's).
Please note that the ADU/guest house and garage are not included in the rental as they are periodically occupied by the on-site manager.
