We offer a private room and bathroom, equipped with a bed, small fridge, microwave, Central AC, hot water and WIFI in Miami’s nationally recognized Little Havana neighborhood, known for its culturally- rich and colorful lifestyle.
5 blocks away from tourist zone on SW 8th St/Calle Ocho. Enjoy several experiences, such as restaurants, bars, theater, art galleries, dance places, grab a cafecito, and local Cuban/Latin culture. Free parking on the street. No kitchen. No breakfast available currently.
The space
It is a small house, where you will enjoy your own bedroom with private bathroom inside, with microwave, small fridge, WIFI, and smart TV.
Capacity for up to 3 people.
No access to kitchen. No access to washer and dryer.

-Please be respectful. My home is family oriented. This is not a sex hotel. If you need one there are some along the SW 8th Street.

- Do not throw doors
- NO smoking, NO drugs, NO parties, etc.
- DO NOT make loud noises during night.
Failure to comply will result in immediate end of your reservation without refunds.
The exteriors and the main entrance of the house are monitored by security cameras.

Within five minutes of Brickell and Downtown. Miami’s nationally recognized Little Havana neighborhood is known for its culturally- rich and colorful lifestyle. Little Havana has much to offer.
The property is just 5 blocks away from Calle 8, full of fantastic experiences, including restaurants, bars, theater, art galleries, dance place, among many other attractions, which are too many to list. Below a sample:
1. Esquina De La Fama, Cuban sandwiches, entrees & cocktails served in a cozy, colorful space with tropical decor.
2. Calle Ocho Walk of Fame, stars in the sidewalk pay tribute to Cuban & Latin cultural figures, like salsa dancer Celia Cruz.
3. Tower Theatre, one of Miami's oldest cultural landmarks, the theater hosts movies, educational programs & exhibits.
4. Ball & Chain, an iconic nightclub from the 1930s-1950s reemerges as a live-music venue with Cuban-style food & drink.
