First floor bedrooms with their own bathrooms: Titanic, Jaws, Tiffany's, Wizard of Oz, Godfather's Second floor bedrooms with their own bathrooms: First man/space, Back to the future, Transformers Bedrooms that share bathrooms:5 Jumanji bedroom shares a bathroom with Ghostbusters bedroom Hobbit bedroom shares a bathroom with Jurassic bedroom ET bedroom shares a bathroom with Indiana Jones bedroom There are 12 king bedrooms and 2 kids' rooms, one with 2 sets of full over full bunks the other with 2 twins
*Amenities* Guests have free access to the 5,600 sq. ft. resort club house equipped with tennis courts, a lazy river, a resort style pool with a water slide, pool side cabanas, & so much more at the Solterra gated resort community.
The house comes with 2 full sized private bowling alley lanes! You can also play the Halo Fireteam Raven virtual arcade video game with a 130 inch 4K screen that lets up to four players fight Covenant enemies, vehicles, and spaceships. We are one of the first to feature this amazing experience, bringing this arcade version of Halo to life. Other games include pool table, air hockey table, basketball hoops, happy soccer, hydro thunder, happy baby basketball, electronic piano. The open concept living room space can entertain guests with premium quality audio system.
All 14 bedrooms feature Smart 4k TV's, and carpeted floors 2 refrigerators 2 sets of full sized washers and dryers Free wifi and internet Large private swimming pool and spa (can be heated upon request) and resortstyle sun loungers and seating. A private family BBQ grill next to the pool There is plenty of open space for group gatherings (living room), with a massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs for the group to enjoy quality meals together The Kitchen is fully equipped for the most discerning chef
**No smoking of any kind allowed in the home. E.g cigarettes, Hookahs and vaping**
**POOL SPA HEATING***
There is a fee of $50 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date.
**LATE CHECK OUT - $50 fee per hour of late check out
