Upon initial entry into Serenity, guests are greeted by an ambiance reminiscent of a secluded resort courtyard, exuding charm and tropical allure. The interior reveals a striking contrast of red Mexican Saltillo tiles complemented by intricately crafted wooden furniture. To the left, a step leads down to the den, furnished with a spacious round Ficks Reed rattan table accommodating six individuals, a plush Roche Bobois cream sectional sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a wet bar. This sets the tone for the rest of the house's exploration.
Chef's Kitchen: The kitchen features a consistent red Mexican Saltillo tile. It includes a spacious stainless steel Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, oven, warming drawer, and a double sink. Ample counter space is available for meal preparation and grocery storage, and a hallway pantry is available for additional convenience.
Dining Room: It's a luminous and spacious area, illuminated by ample natural light that bathes the round Mcguire glass bamboo dining table. While the table comfortably accommodates six people, there is room for additional guests. Enhancing the table's elegance is a delightful white chandelier above.
Living Room / Seating Areas: At sunset, the heart of the home offers breathtaking views and transforms into a magical space during the golden hour. With ample seating, it provides a perfect setting for conversations, quality time, and soaking in the view.
Study: This elegant office, adorned in a delightful peacock blue hue, offers ample storage capacity, a sturdy wooden desk, and a cozy chair, catering to those seeking a productive workspace away from home.
Beach: From the back deck, you can meander along the enchanting winding path, leading to the soothing sound of the waves. Spend leisurely days basking in the sun, collecting seashells, or unwind in the evenings watching the stunning sunset.
- Guests need not worry about packing or renting beach essentials as we provide a comprehensive array of amenities. Towels, beach chairs, coolers, a beach wagon, umbrellas, a paddle board, and sunblock are included. Additionally, a generous assortment of beach toys is available for young children to enjoy. All beach supplies are located in the garage.
- Young children necessitate constant supervision when outdoors. The property is situated on a private beach devoid of lifeguards. Swimming is at your own risk.
