Located in the trendy ‘Seaside City’ neighbourhood of Kingscliff – and just two streets from the sand – is this very beautiful two-storey beach house. Enjoy the plunge pool, park views, sea breezes and walkway access to the beach and bike paths. With a generous 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, open-plan living spaces and a playground directly opposite, this home is ideal for a family holiday. Unwind in front of the oversized flat screen TVs in both lounge rooms and the master bedroom.
You’ll love the relaxed, modern décor and air-conditioned living and master bedroom areas. Choose from covered entertaining areas at both front and rear which are surrounded by private tropical gardens. The saltwater in-ground pool enjoys prime position by the sunset deck. Cook up an outdoor feast on the Weber BBQ or gather the family around the beautifully appointed kitchen and breakfast bar.
The sleeping quarters on the second level are all enhanced with plantation shutters & ceiling fans. The spacious Master suite features eastern-facing verandah, walk-in robes and ensuite.
Take a ten minute walk to Salt Village where you will enjoy first class restaurants and popular coffee spots. Closer still – within a two minute stroll – is the Shiny Brew Café & Italian pizza & coffee corner Al Chiosco.
Beachside bicycle paths lead all the way to the heart of Kingscliff in the north, and to Cabarita Beach in the south.
